Thank you for choosing me to paint your pets portrait. I am very excited to be working with you. Once your purchase your spot will be reserved on my wait list.

After you purchase the deposit you can email your photo to willowglenstationery@gmail.com. Please include your order number and pet name on subject line. I will then confirm if your photo is a high enough quality to paint from along with time frame for your order. See the Pet Photo Tips section for information on taking your pets photo.

Once I get to your order on my list I will email you a sketch to approve before painting starts. When the painting is completed I will email you a scan to view before shipping. Minor adjustments can be requested at this stage, but due to the nature of the medium it is not always possible.
